COMBINATION CLASSES - June 7-18

Volunteer Parents please sign up at the studio if you wish to stay with your child's class in the dressing room.  Please note that only female volunteers will be permitted in the dressing rooms. 

All other parents will drop off their child in the dressing room area with volunteers and return to the audience to video and photograph at the rehearsals. No videos or photographs will be permitted during the performances; therefore, the rehearsals are the only opportunity for parents to video and photograph.

The studio and auditorium rehearsals are full dress rehearsals (hair, makeup, and costume exactly like performance evening).

Refreshments & snacks will be available at the rehearsals.  Anyone wishing to assist with refreshments, please email Lisa.

"BROADWAY & FILM" DANCE REVUE
The 2010 "Broadway & Film" Dance Revue, our "end-of-the-year" dance performance will take place Thursday, June 17 & Friday, June 18 at 7:00pm at the Westlake Performing Arts Center.  There will also be a "special" perfomance for ALL Dance Team students, as well as, Intermediate & Advanced Level Ballet students on Saturday, June 19 TBA.

Tickets for the performances are on sale now.  Tickets can be purchased at either studio by placing an order with payment. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for students (not students performing - students performing do not need a ticket)).  Tickets are assigned seating, NOT general admission.  For the best seating, please place your order early.

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
All parents, except backstage volunteers, will drop off their child at the "check-in desk" by the entry to the dressing room area prior to entering the audience seating area. No videos or photographs will be permitted during the performances.

Refreshments, snacks and flower bouquets will be available in the auditorium lobby prior to the performance and during intermission.

PERFORMANCE - Thursday, June 17, 7:00pm
ALL STUDENTS, except those students in the COMBINATION CLASSES, 6 yrs old & younger who rehearsed Monday, June 14, from 2:45-4:00pm, will perform at the Westlake Performing Arts Center.

PERFORMANCE - Friday, June 18, 7:00pm
ALL STUDENTS, except those students in the COMBINATION CLASSES, 6 yrs old & younger who rehearsed Monday, June 14, from 1:00-2:15pm, will perform at the Westlake Performing Arts Center.

PERFORMANCE - Saturday, June 19, 7:00pm
ONLY DANCE TEAM students, as well as, Intermediate & Advanced Level Ballet students, will perform at the Westlake Performing Arts Center.  Any and all other students are welcome to view this performance.

PICTURES
All pictures taken during Photo Week, the last week of May, will be ready for pick-up at the Auditorium Dress Rehearsals at the WPAC, starting Monday, June 14.  If you have any questions about pictures or products, contact Terry at Studio South Photography. SUMMER DANCE
Our" Summer Dance Camp" will take place during the following 3 weeks:

Week One - Monday, June 21 thru Thursday, June 24

Week Two - Monday, June 28 thru Thursday, July 1

Week Three - Monday, July 12 thru Thursday, July 15
